Ingredients: Lime salt, sriracha salt, cilantro flakes, red bell pepper flakes, minced garlic, Cracked Coriander seed, chive flakes.
This blend makes great fish tacos with Persian Lime / Green Chili really any of the oils.  I'll use the jalapeno vinegar to marinate the fish in first.  Makes great chicken fajitas using the oils and vinegars.  I made them last night marinated the chicken in Neapolitan herb balsamic and sautéed the peppers, onions and chicken in garlic oil with fiesta blend add half way through. It's also great in sour cream for a veggie dip.
